Now The Remote Management System Has Been Implemented, Daily Usage:

  • We have technical team briefs at regular intervals throughout the day to analyse the dashboards

  • We actively monitor workstations to check if they have disconnected and this helps identify and target specific hospital ward areas to visit on daily ward ICT equipment rounding’s.

  • Now there is no need for technical staff to leave their desk to walk to the other side of the hospital as the Dashboards present many different views, checks can be conducted by all levels of technical staff from the service desk upwards.
