Virtual Demonstrations Now Available

As part of the nationwide strategy to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to protect patients, NHS Trusts have been placing restrictions on all non-essential hospital visits, including meetings with suppliers.

However, the need to evaluate new technologies to help in the fight against the pandemic, and to enable the Government’s long term plan towards Digital Transformation, is still as pressing as ever.

To assist Trusts in both of these objectives, we have introduced Virtual Demonstrations. In a Virtual Demonstration, a customer can join a private online video meeting and see their account manager showcase the specific products of interest in a tailored presentation.

Account managers can also demonstrate the product features in exactly the same way as they would face-to-face, as well as answer any questions about the product that the customer may have. The added advantage of Virtual Demonstrations is that we are able to be more flexible with the timing of the meeting, and they can be arranged at shorter notice with no need to travel.

Virtual Demonstrations are a new, safe alternative for our customers.

So we will continue to offer them after the current visiting restrictions are lifted.
